Shipping policy
Shipping Destinations
Little Tandem ships to locations within the continental United States. We currently do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Rates
We currently charge flat rates, that are subjected to change from time to time. We will also on occasion run promotions for complimentary shipping on all or specific products.
Shipping Times
Our products are made to order, ensuring the highest quality. We aim to ship all orders within 8-12 weeks of purchase, however please refer to the estimated ship date shown on the specific product pages at the time of purchase for a more up to date estimate. Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to the address provided at checkout. This email will also contain an estimated delivery date.
Please note, while we do our best to meet these timeframes, they are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.
Order Tracking
When your order is dispatched from our facility, we will send a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number, which you can use to track your package's progress to your shipping address.
Delivery Issues
If there are any issues with delivery, including non-delivery, please contact our customer service at hello@littletandem.com with your order number and we will assist you in locating your package or resolving any delivery problems.
Please note that Little Tandem is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
Shipping During Sale Periods
Please be aware that during busy sale periods, shipping may take longer due to high order volumes. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled for a full refund after 24 hours of being placed. Should you wish to cancel your order after this grace period, we will refund the amount minus a 20% restocking fee.
