Where does Little Tandem ship to?
We currently ship to locations within the continental United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
What are your shipping rates?
We charge flat-rate shipping fees, which may change from time to time. Occasionally, we also run promotions that offer complimentary shipping on all or specific products.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
All our products are made to order to ensure top quality. Orders typically ship within 14–21 days of purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your estimated delivery date.
Note: These timeframes are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package’s journey to your address.
Please note: Little Tandem is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address provided.
Will shipping take longer during sales?
Yes, during busy sale periods, shipping times may be longer than usual due to high order volumes. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of being placed. After that window, cancellations are still possible, but refunds will be issued minus a 20% restocking fee.
Do you have a shipping policy?
Yes. By placing an order with Little Tandem, you are agreeing to our shipping policy, which may be updated at any time without prior notice.

How can we contact Little Tandem?

How do I update my billing or shipping address?
You can’t update these after checkout. To make changes, please cancel (if eligible) and reorder, or contact customer service immediately at hello@littletandem.com.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get a shipping confirmation with tracking info. If it arrives as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, check around your home and with neighbors, then contact us within 48 hours for help.
Do you offer shipping insurance?
We currently do not, but we do offer an Expedited Shipping add-on for an additional charge, which guarantees your order ships within 3 business days.
Can I place a tax-exempt order?
Yes—just email us in advance with your tax-exempt certificate, and we’ll help remove tax before your order ships.
Will bundled items ship together?
Not always. Bundles may come in separate boxes and could arrive at different times—but we’ll always provide tracking info for each shipment.
What if I need help with my order?
Our customer support team is here to assist! Reach out via email or our website’s contact form within the first hour—or within 48 hours if you haven’t received a marked-as-delivered package.

We use the highest grade Birch Plywood on the market.
What kind of finish do you use?
We seal all products with an eco-friendly, all-natural, child safe water based UV finish.
Are your products durable?
Yes, all products are engineered at the highest level and tested thoroughly before being sold on our website.
Do you have a recommended age for your products?
We believe kids start to get the most use out of our products at 4+ years old.
Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes! We prioritize natural, non-toxic, and sustainable materials wherever possible, because what’s good for your child should be good for the planet, too.

Which play couches are compatible with The Frame?
The Frame is designed to fit popular brands such as Nugget, Figgy, Kozy, Costway, and Imaginarium play couches. If your current play couch measures 33”D x 66”L, it should fit our products
Can I use The Frame outdoors?
While our products are durable, we do not recommend or guarantee them for outdoor use.
What attachments are compatible with The Frame?
The Frame supports various attachments, including The Pocket, The Side Table, The Shelf, The Dock, and The Canopy, allowing for customization as your child grows.
